My confluence 8.5.3 makes template rendering error after upgrading from 8.0.4 - previously it worked normally on 8.0.4. v8.0.4 is always triggering error - ThreadLocalCache is not initialised. Could not retrieve value for key GLOBAL_SETTINGS
